Terms & Conditions

‘ISO Breeze’ is a trading style of Northdown Systems Limited (‘the Company’), a company registered in England and Wales with registration number 10547750 and a registered address of 50 Princes Street, Ipswich, Suffolk, England, IP1 1RJ.

a) By ordering documentation templates from the Company, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you should not order our document templates set. Purchases of document templates will only be released once payment has been received: this is normally immediately by an automated process. The documentation license and usage permissions apply indefinitely although you should download material from the link provided as soon as possible, as the Company will only guarantee access to downloaded content for 14 days.

b) On the date of a completed purchase from the Company, and once you have been provided access to the documentation set, your organisation is granted a single license, which is non-exclusive, non-transferable and permits you to use document templates within one business or organisation only.  The Purchaser agrees that only one single organisation can download and use document templates in respect of each individual purchase. An organisation is either (a) a legal entity, (b) a recognisable trading unit), or (c) an individual who is acting on behalf of such a single organisation.

c) The purchaser is prohibited from selling, reselling, transferring or further distributing Company documentation outside of the single organisation which purchased the license. Any modifications or derivative works created using document templates shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser and the single purchasing organisation only. Should it be required to change the designation of the single organisation using the Company’s documentation (for example, following a business merger or sale), then please contact the Company by email detailing the request.

d) The Company will take all reasonable steps to ensure that access to the contents of documentation steps is available when a purchaser requires it. However, such access may not be available during pre-notified maintenance or downtime periods or as a result of interruption beyond the Company’s control, for example, Acts of God, war, civil unrest, failure of utilities or communication networks, etc. The Company's maximum liability in respect of documentation and templates purchased from this website shall not exceed 100% of the price paid by the purchaser.

e) The purchaser’s rights apply to the current documentation set, the contents of which are listed on the Company website. These rights do not apply to any new or amended content that is subsequently released and will be noted on the Company website. Contact the Company if you wish to purchase updated content separately.

f) All document templates have been prepared for general guidance only, and purchasers remain responsible for customising the content to suit their specific requirements, seeking further professional or legal guidance as required. Our content and these notes are not intended to substitute for specific legal advice. Purchasers are responsible for data protection matters, including recording or transmitting personal data within documentation templates which originate from the Company.

g) The purchaser agrees to fully indemnify the Company against all and any claims, costs, expenses and other liabilities which arise either directly or indirectly from (a) the purchaser’s use of Company documentation, (b) the purchaser’s breach of any of these terms and conditions, or (c) the purchaser receiving a claim alleging the infringement of the rights of a third party.

h) the Company provides documentation and templates ‘as is’ with no specific or implied statements on the suitability of the document templates for the purchaser’s intended use. Whilst ISO Breeze documentation has a solid track record over many years in assisting organisations worldwide with achieving their business compliance objectives, purchaser success will depend on the content being reviewed, amended and suitably updated to reflect the purchasing organisation’s specific needs. Reference points such as legislation, regulations and business standards also change periodically, and the purchaser is responsible for identifying and implementing such changes within their documentation.

Important: a
ll Company documents and templates have been prepared for general guidance only, and purchasers remain responsible for customising the content to suit their specific requirements, seeking further professional or legal guidance as deemed necessary. Our content and these notes are not intended to substitute for specific legal advice.
