SAQA1 - SME Use of Standard Assessment Questionnaire

• Uses our standard question set. SME friendly and priced for smaller numbers or occasional assessments. 

• Issue a unique access code to each of your suppliers, who access the questionnaire directly from a weblink.

• Completed questionnaires are securely submitted, and we email the results to you as a PDF for your review.

• Ready to go on the same day - no additional setup necessary. Contact us today to get the ball rolling!

• Setup Cost £10.00 / Monthly Usage Fee £10.00 pcm / Each Response £3.00 (all invoiced monthly in arrears)
   

SAQA2 - Customised Standard Assessment Questionnaire

• Client specific questionnaires, based upon SAQA1 as a starting point, with customised response scoring.

• You have a unique web link, which you can share with each of our suppliers.

• Completed questionnaires are securely submitted to you as the supplier completes their assessment.

• Typically set up in 3-5 business days following our receipt of your customisation details. Contact us and start custominsing!

• Setup Cost £99.99 / Monthly Usage Fee £10.00 pcm / Each Response £4.00 (all invoiced monthly in arrears)

SAQA3 - Bespoke Supplier Assessment Questionnaire 

• Creation of your unique assessment questionnaire, aligning with your business and market requirements.

• You have a unique web link, which you can share with each of our suppliers.

• Completed questionnaires are securely submitted to you as the supplier completes their assessment.

• Typically set up in 7-10 business days following our receipt of your customisation details. Contact us and start designing!
